Good value for money

I was looking for a good all-around printer and saw the TOYOD 4-in-1 3D Printer. It was on sale for $150 off, which felt like a solid deal. I also grabbed some PLA Filament with the new user discount. Shipping was free, which always helps. Overall, I think I got a lot of features for what I paid. It felt worth the purchase.

Decent experience, minor issue

I bought the Fantasy Pro 3D Printer a few weeks ago. Ordering was pretty straightforward on their site; no real issues there. It took about 6 days to reach me here in Texas. The printer itself seems well-built, and I've been getting some decent prints with the included PLA Filament. I did have a small question about the leveling sensor during setup, so I contacted support. They got back to me within a day with a helpful answer, which was good. The usability is okay, though the software took a little getting used to. Overall, it's a solid machine for the price, but maybe not the most beginner-friendly out of the box.

Got my laser module

So I finally caved and bought a Laser Module for my printer. It was pretty easy to find on the website. Shipping was alright, got here in about a week. Hooking it up was less of a headache than I thought it would be. Haven't done anything super fancy yet, just some basic engraving on wood, but it seems to work fine. Pretty happy with it.

Thinking of getting one for my kid who's pretty new to 3D printing. Are Ecubmaker machines good for beginners?

I started with one of their FDM printers, and it was pretty easy to get the hang of. The setup guides are decent.

Yeah, they're pretty user-friendly. Their support is helpful too if you run into any trouble getting started.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a TOYOD, but how long does shipping usually take to somewhere like California?

P Priya E. 2 months ago
Mine took about a week and a half to get to me in LA. Pretty standard, I think.

For printers, they usually ship pretty quick, like 7-10 days for US addresses. It's usually free shipping on those too, which is nice.

Is the Ecubmaker 4-in-1 really safe to use at home with the laser and CNC, or do I need a special setup?

O Omar Whitfield 2 months ago
It comes with protective stuff, like safety glasses for the laser. Just follow the instructions and don't be stupid, lol. Ventilation is key for fumes.

I use mine in my garage and it's fine. Just gotta be mindful of the materials you're cutting/engraving and have good airflow. They include some basic safety gear.

how does the TOYOD compare to a Snapmaker? Is it worth the price difference?

D Dana 2 months ago
I've heard good things about both. The TOYOD seems to be a solid all-rounder for the price, especially with the 4-in-1 functions.

Snapmaker is a bit more premium, but Ecubmaker offers similar capabilities at a lower price point. Depends on your budget and what features are most important to you, I guess.

Can I use more than one coupon code at checkout? Trying to get the TOYOD bundle and a filament discount.

C Chris C. 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Tried to stack a few times and it never worked for me.

Yeah, they only let you use one discount code. I've seen some of their bigger sales where the discount is already applied though, so maybe look for those specific deals.
